“This dentist and staff were so wonderful how they handled a dental procedure for my 9-year-old grandson, which started out scary for him but they knew how to make him comfortable! Awesome job! Dr. Sheppard is by far one of the most caring and kind healthcare professionals I have encountered (and with five children that list is extensive). He is extremely patient with my daughter, who has special needs. Highly, highly recommend him and his wonderful office/hygiene staff.”

I love the calm atmosphere of the private room that we were able to nurse my baby in right after the procedure. The entire staff is so nice and the facility is very clean!”
“Dr. Sheppard performed a tongue-tie revision on my 5-month-old. He was very knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Sheppard performs this procedure with a laser and uses topical lidocaine (not all providers do this). We had plenty of one-on-one time with him to learn the post-op stretches and for question and answers. I would highly recommend him.”
“Hands down, Dr. Sheppard is the best peds dentist in town. My son had cavities at age of 5-6, three of them, and Dr. Sheppard did filling on them and did one crown on a tooth that had chipped a bit. He did a more than excellent job on all my son’s tooth procedures, and one time he sang to my 5-year-old the whole time he was performing the procedure. His loving and caring and professionalism really impress me. His staff are so friendly too! So glad he moved to an independent location and much brighter office in north county, a bit of more driving for us but in the end, it’s all worth it.”
“I am so pleased with the staff here. My daughter had a dental urgency that caused her to not want to eat or drink and was in a lot of pain. I called the office and they were all booked up. They still were able to squeeze her in and ended up pulling the troubled tooth and she was so relieved. Dr Sheppard and his staff are wonderful!”
“I would give this office more than five stars if I could. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Sheppard is, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most caring people you will ever meet. Every time we visit I am simply astonished at how wonderful he is with kids. My oldest daughter went in for a tooth extraction, and somehow he was able to make even that experience a positive one for her. Highly recommend this location to anyone with kids.”
